The Kunstverein München (k.m.) is a non-profit art association located in the Hofgarten in Munich, Germany. It was founded in 1823 and is one of the oldest German art associations.
The Kunstverein, a privately sponsored association with almost 1,000 members, focuses on solo and group exhibitions by international artists.[1] It belongs to the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Deutscher Kunstvereine (ADKV), an umbrella organization for non-profit art associations.[2]
Chris Fitzpatrick, the director since 2015, is stepping down in 2019.[3][4]
