In Greek mythology, Laothoe (Λαοθόη) can refer to the following women:

• Laothoe, a consort of Priam, king of Troy, and mother of Lycaon and Polydorus. Her father was Altes, king of the Leleges.

• Laothoe, one of the daughters of Thespius and Megamede. She bore Heracles a son, Antiphus.

• Laothoe, mother of Thestor by Idmon.

• Laothoe, wife of the Trojan elder Clytius.

• Laothoe, daughter of Menetus, possible mother of the Argonauts Erytus (Eurytus) and Echion by Hermes.

• Laothoe, consort of Porthaon, mother of Sterope, Stratonice and Eurythemiste.
