Leah Hackett (born 15 August 1985), is an English actress, most notable for her role as Tina Reilly (née McQueen) in Hollyoaks.

Background and personal life
Hackett was born in Bolton, Greater Manchester and is mixed race. She used to work in Tyldesley Library as a teenager. She attended Tyldesley Primary School before moving to Fred Longworth High School. Hackett then attended Winstanley College and went on to get a place at Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.[1]
She appeared in Reemer's video for the single Maniac.[2]
Hollyoaks
Hackett played timid Tina Reilly (née McQueen) in Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks. She played the role for over two years between 3 August 2006, until her character's death in 17 October 2008, who was relinquishing the role despite being offered a new contract. Viewers saw the character killed off in an explosion by brother Niall Rafferty despite her mother Myra McQueen choosing Tina McQueen and Michaela McQueen to live leaving Carmel McQueen and Jacqui McQueen to die after Mercedes McQueen and John Paul McQueen both offer to end their lives.
Other appearances
She also appeared in the Liverpool Nativity on 16 December 2007 as a shepherd. In July 2008, Hackett was the face selected to launch the Polaroid PoGo.[3]
Hackett also appeared in a series of videos promoting the Year of Food and Farming where she milks a cow, shears sheep, collects eggs and makes an ice cream at Blaze Farm in Cheshire.[4][5] Leah has appeared in a pantomime, Dick Whittington, at Buxton Opera House and she played Alice Witzwarren. Leah also appeared as Clare Saunders in an episode of Doctors titled The Mathematics of Marriage which aired December 15, 2010.
