This name uses Spanish naming customs: the first or paternal family name is Henríquez and the second or maternal family name is Ledezma.

Luis Alfonso Henríquez Ledezma (born November 23, 1981 in Panama City) is a football defender, who currently plays for Tauro.

Club career

Nicknamed Coco,[1] Henríquez played for Sporting '89 and Arabe Unido in Panama before moving abroad to play for Colombian side Envigado.[2] After 2 seasons back in Panama with Tauro he joined Polish giants Lech Poznań in 2007[3] for a lengthy spell. He was released by Lech in summer 2015 after 8 years with the club.[4]

Henríquez returned to Tauro in September 2015.[5]

International career

Henríquez made his debut for Panama in an August 2003 friendly match against Paraguay and has, as of 10 June 2015, earned a total of 75 caps, scoring 2 goals.[6] He represented his country in 26 FIFA World Cup qualification matches[7] and was a member of the 2005 CONCACAF Gold Cup team, who finished second in the tournament.[8] He also played at the 2007[9] and 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cups.
