MacSoft is a Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States-based software developer and publisher. MacSoft was created in 1993 by Peter Tamte and has published more than 100 software products for Macintosh computers. MacSoft's products include games ported from Windows, such as Halo: Combat Evolved and the Age of Empires series, as well as productivity software such as Desktop Labels and 1-2-3 Home Design.[1]

On 30 January 2003, Destineer announced it had acquired MacSoft from Infogrames.[1]
