Madison Rose De La Garza (born December 28, 2001)[1] is an American child actress. She is best known for her role as Juanita Solis on Desperate Housewives. She is the younger half-sister of actress and singer Demi Lovato.

Biography

Madison De La Garza was born to Ford dealership manager Edward "Eddie" De La Garza and former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader[2] Dianna Lee Hart (born Dianna Lee Smith on August 8, 1962).[3] Eddie is of Mexican descent.[4] Through Dianna's first marriage to Patrick Martin Lovato (1960–2013), her two elder half-sisters are Dallas Lovato (born February 4, 1988)[5] and Demi Lovato (born August 20, 1992).[6] De la Garza has faced bullying due to her weight and received threats online.[7] In addition to Juanita Solis on Desperate Housewives, she played a younger version of her sister Demi's character Sonny Munroe in an episode of Sonny with a Chance.
