Manorbier railway station is 1 mile (1.6 km) north of Manorbier in the triangle completed by Jameston and St. Florence. It lies on the Pembroke Dock branch of the West Wales Line operated by Arriva Trains Wales.

Trains run to Pembroke Dock, calling at Pembroke, Pembroke Dock and Lamphey. They also run to Carmarthen via Penally, Tenby, Saundersfoot, Kilgetty, Whitland, and Carmarthen.

There are services to Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot (Parkway), Bridgend and Cardiff Central. The line is local, trains stop at minor stations, as well as the major ones. It may be quicker to change at Carmarthen or Swansea for Cardiff and beyond. Trains call every 2 hours each way on request on weekdays & Saturdays. 4 trains each way call on Sundays.
