Awards Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves

Martin Bieber (10 November 1900 – 19 October 1974) was a highly decorated Generalmajor in the Wehrmacht during World War II who commanded several Volksgrenadier divisions. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves, awarded in recognition of extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. Martin Bieber was captured by Soviet troops in May 1945 and was held until October 1955.
