Mehmet Emin Yurdakul (13 May 1869 in Istanbul – 14 January 1944 in Istanbul) was a Turkish writer.

Biography

He was born in Istanbul, Ottoman Empire on May 13, 1869. His father was Salih Reis, a fisherman, and his mother was Emine Hatun.

He passed away on January 14, 1944 and is buried at Zincirlikuyu Cemetery in Istanbul, Turkey.

He is survived today by his grandson, great grandson and great great grandchildren.
