DAV Public School is a co-educational English-medium school located in the south colony of the L&T campus of Kansbahal, Odisha. The school was established and opened in the year 1978 by Montfort Brothers[1] of St. Gabriel with the help of Utkal Machinery Ltd. (L&T) and was named Montfort School which was affiliated to ICSE. Later, in the year 2008 the school was renamed to DAV Public School and was re-affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education pattern of education, New Delhi. Presently Dr. Rashmi Mishra is the principal of the school. The school has classes from class six to class twelve. The students are prepared for the All-India Secondary and Senior Secondary Examinations conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.
