Muhittin Taylan

Muhittin Taylan (1910 - 1983) was a Turkish judge. He was president of the Constitutional Court of Turkey from July 14, 1971 until July 13, 1975.[1] In 1973 March his name was proposed as a candidate to Turkish presidency.
