Musashi University (武蔵大学 Musashi Daigaku?) is a university in Tokyo, Japan. It was founded by leading businessman Kaichiro Nezu in 1922 as Musashi High School.

It has faculties of economics, humanities, and sociology, as well as three graduate schools.

The university is one of the Tokyo Four Universities (Musashi, Seikei, Seijo, Gakushuin).

Many of well-known people including prime ministers of Japan, emperors of Japan, and other government officials have graduated from one of the Tokyo Four Universities.
