Myliobatis tenuicaudatus also known as the New Zealand eagle ray, is an eagle ray of the family Myliobatidae.[2] It is found in the southern waters of Australia from Jurien Bay, Western Australia, around the southern coast and Tasmania and up the east coast as far as Moreton Bay, south Queensland and bays, estuaries, rocky reefs around New Zealand to depths of 160 m. Its length is up to 150 cm.[1]
