Nguon Nhel (Khmer: ងួន ញ៉ិល; born 22 December 1942) is a Cambodian politician. He belongs to the Cambodian People's Party and has been a Member of Parliament (MP) for Kampong Thom since 1993. He has been the Second Vice President of the National Assembly since 2014; he previously held that post from 1997 to 2006, and he was First Vice President of the National Assembly from 2006 to 2014. From 1989 to 1993, he was Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
