Orlando Bruno Román (born November 28, 1978 in Bayamón, Puerto Rico) is a professional baseball pitcher for the Lamigo Monkeys of the Chinese Professional Baseball League.

Román attended Indian Hills Community College and was drafted by the New York Mets in the 31st round (946th overall) of the 1999 Major League Baseball draft. He played in the Mets' minor league organization through 2006, reaching Triple-A. He pitched in the minor league systems of the Baltimore Orioles in 2007 and the Toronto Blue Jays in 2008. Román also pitched for the Pericos de Puebla of the Mexican League in 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Román was a member of the Puerto Rican team in the 2006, 2009 and 2013 World Baseball Classic.
