Oxymorphone-3-methoxynaltrexonazine (OM-3-MNZ) is a mixed agonist-antagonist opioid [1] similarly structured to the potent, irreversible μ-opioid receptor antagonist naloxonazine -- the structure also has two complete and mirrored morphinan carbon skeletons.[2]
