Pericardiacophrenic veins are the vena comitans of the pericardiacophrenic arteries. Pericardiacophrenic vessels accompany the phrenic nerve in the Middle Mediastinum of the Thorax. The artery is a branch of the internal thoracic artery. The vein drains into the internal thoracic vein.
