Prima Pearl (also known as Pearl Tower and Prima Tower[3]) is a recently constructed residential skyscraper developed by PDG Corporation and Schiavello in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

The building comprises 667 apartments, across 72 levels. On June 30, 2014, Prima Pearl topped-out. It became the second tallest building in Melbourne and Australia to roof, after the Eureka Tower. It is now the fourth tallest building in Melbourne and the fifth tallest building in Australia, when measured to its overall height.[2] It is also the third residential building to be constructed in Australia to stand over 250 metres in height after the Q1 and Eureka.[1][5][6][7]
