The Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Art Direction for a Contemporary Program (Half-Hour or less) is an award handed out annually at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards. In 2014, the category was created alongside the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Art Direction for a Period Series, Miniseries, or Movie (Single-Camera) and the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Art Direction for a Contemporary or Fantasy Series (Single-Camera). For the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards, the category’s name was changed to Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Program (Half-Hour or Less).
