Răzvan Ștefan Popa (born 4 January 1997), is a Romanian footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Internazionale Milano and the Romanian national under-17 team.

He made his Romanian Liga I debut at 15 years and 2 months of age, when he was substituted in the stoppage time on March 17, 2012 against Dinamo București.

In August 2013, Popa joined Internazionale Milano after the Italian side battled Chelsea for him.
