Rai Hau-min (Chinese: 賴浩敏; pinyin: Lài Hàomǐn); born 2 January 1939 [1] in Miaoli, Taiwan, is currently the President of the Judicial Yuan of the Republic of China. An attorney by profession, Rai founded the Formosa Transnational Attroney at Law (Chinese: 萬國法律事務所) in 1974,[2] and served as the Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of China from 4 November 2009 to 12 October 2010 before his appointment as President of the Judicial Yuan.[3]
