Rebecca Suzanne Whisnant[1] is the associate professor, and the director of the Women's and Gender Studies Program, at the University of Dayton.[2] Whisnant also sits on the editorial board of the journal, Sexualization, Media, and Society.[3]
Contents
Education
Whisnant gained her degree in philosophy from Oberlin College in 1989.[4] She went on to complete a masters (1992), and a Ph.D (2002), both in philosophy, at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.[5][1]
Career
Prior to working at the University of Dayton, Whisnant taught at the University of Southern Indiana.[2]
