The Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) is a federal agency under the United States Department of Education. It was established to administer portions of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

RSA oversees grant programs that help individuals with physical or mental disabilities to obtain employment and live more independently through the provision of such supports as counseling, medical and psychological services, job training and other individualized services.

The primary program is a formula based program to fund state vocational rehabilitation agencies to provide services to disabled individuals. RSA reviews performance to ensure that financial matters are conducted in conformance with financial requirements from statutes and regulations and that disabled youth from ages 14-24 receive services in a timely and adequate fashion. RSA's monitoring guide describes the process used for this monitoring.
