The United States congressional delegations from the Northern Mariana Islands consist of single Delegate elected at-large. The first non-voting delegate to the United States House of Representatives, Gregorio Sablan, was elected in 2008 and took office in 2009.

Resident Representative

From 1978 to 2009, in accordance with the Northern Mariana Islands Commonwealth Constitution, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands elected a Resident Representative who had no actual privileges in the House or Senate. they were:

Non-voting Delegate
