Roderick Salisbury

Salisbury (born June 19, 1967)[1] is an anthropological archaeologist with a M.A. and Ph.D. in Anthropology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is Honorary Visiting Fellow at the University of Leicester [2] and was IGERT Fellow in GI Science at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York.[3] In 2007-2008 he was an Fulbright Fellow in Hungary.[4] Current research interests include landscape archaeology, soilscapes, historical ecology, social organization, GIS, and geoarchaeology. Spatio-temporal interests are the Late Neolithic, Copper Age and early Bronze Age in Central Europe, and Late Archaic and Early Woodland in Northeastern North America.
