Rugby HQ was an Australian sports information program focusing on rugby union. It was broadcast on Fox Sports on Thursday nights. It was hosted by Nick McArdle, Greg Martin, Brendan Cannon, and Jeremy Paul. For 2016, it was replaced on Fox Sports by a new program, Rugby 360.
