Helping and protecting legal rights and interests of the Federation members;
Developing international links in the field of Yoga.
About the organization
The main purpose of the RYF specialists in Russia is to organize, coordinate, train, and certify yoga teachers according to the methods that correspond to the world standards as well as to the internal state sports standards. The Federation does not support any particular school of yoga. Teaching, training, and qualification improvement of specialists is conducted according to the schedules and methods that were created and used by the methodologists and teachers of Russian Yoga Federation and Russian State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism (previous name — RSYPC) on the basis of RSYPCS&T. The official list of certified yoga teachers is created. RYF cooperates with a lot of sports organizations as well as with registered companies that work in the field of ecology and non-governmental organizations.

Russian Yoga Federation presidium is the managing collegial body of the Federation.
