SOGEADE

SOGEADE (Société de gestion de l'aéronautique, de la défense et de l'espace) is a French holding company.

It was created solely to hold French interests in newly founded EADS. French government holds a veto right since foundation. Lagardère Group gradually decreased its share in EADS from 15% at creation to 7.5% in March 2009.
