Scott Clendenin (January 17, 1968 – March 24, 2015) was an American death metal bassist. He played with Death[1] from 1996 until their breakup in 2001. In 1997, he joined Chuck Schuldiner's second band Control Denied as well, but he was replaced by Steve DiGiorgio in 1999 as the band's bassist.

Clendenin died in his house in Brevard County, Florida on March 24, 2015, aged 47.[2]
