The Lower Sava Statistical Region (Slovene: Posavska statistična regija; until December 31, 2014 Spodnjeposavska statistična regija) is a statistical region in Slovenia. It is almost identical with the Lower Sava Valley. The largest town in the region is Krško. It is the second-smallest region in Slovenia, but it has very good traffic connections. Slovenia's only nuclear power plant is located in the region.

The population in 2004 was 69,826. It has a total area of 885 km².

It attracts 5.9% of the total number of tourists in Slovenia, most being from Slovenia (63.9%).
