James Gardner Brooks, Jr. (August 12, 1942 – December 1, 1999) was an American film and television actor.
Born in Columbus, Ohio, Brooks was best known as Special Agent Jim Rhodes in the television series The F.B.I., and his guest appearance as Ensign Garrovick in the classic Star Trek episode "Obsession". Sisters, Stephanie Keeley and Christie Weigel are still alive.
