Suzhou Zhongnan Center (Chinese: 苏州中心广场) is a megatall skyscraper under construction in SIP, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. The building will be 729 metres (2,391.7 ft) tall.[1] Suzhou Center Plaza located in the Central Business District of Suzhou, to the west of Jinji Lake. The building is a part of large urban development project, Suzhou Industrial Park and the estimated cost of this plaza is 28.5 billion yuan (US$4.46 billion).[2] The construction began in early 2014 and is estimated to be completed in 2020, and will at that time be the 3rd tallest building in the world, as well as the tallest building in China.
