This is a list of destinations served by Trans World Airlines (TWA) at the time of its closure.[1][2] It was taken over by American Airlines in 2001. Destinations served by Trans World Express and Trans World Connection (as American Eagle) do not appear here.

  52. One of TWA's later European additions, served from New York JFK beginning 1985, initially via London or Amsterdam, and eventually nonstop. It also served as an intermediate stop on the airline's JFK-Moscow route, which was inaugurated in 1992. Service was discontinued about 1994.
