Talk:History of education in the United States

There are a number of further issues with this article. For example:

• The section on History_of_education_in_the_United_States#Republican_motherhood clearly does not belong in the Colonial Era section.
• It would seem appropriate to mention schooling for girls in the article because historically, education for females has been a lower priority and has been associated with an overall lowering of fertility (which is no where mentioned in the article,) however, the above mentioned section seems to take on more of an ideological tone.
