William Taylor Phillips (born June 18, 1933), nicknamed "T-Bone", is an American former professional baseball player, a pitcher in the Major Leagues from 1956 through 1963. He would play for the Chicago Cubs, Milwaukee Braves, Philadelphia Phillies, and Chicago White Sox.

A left-hander listed at 5 feet 11 inches (1.80 m), 185 pounds (84 kg), Phillips appeared in 147 Major League games, 102 in relief.
