The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ukraine

As of January 1, 2011, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints reported 10,880 members in one stake and four districts, 62 congregations (eight wards[1] and 54 branches[1]), three missions, and one temple in Ukraine.[2]

History

Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. The first missionaries arrived in Ukraine in 1990. Ukraine's first branch was organized in 1991 in Kiev. On May 30, 2004, the Kyiv Ukraine Stake, Ukraine's first, was organized.[3][2]

The Kyiv Ukraine Temple was announced in 1998, then completed and dedicated in 2010.
