Thomas St George Franklin (born 11 August 1990) is a New Zealand rugby union player. He plays in the lock position for the Otago based Super Rugby side the Highlanders, and for provincial side Otago.[1] Franklin has played at under-20 level for New Zealand being a part of the successful New Zealand unders-20 team that won the 2010 Junior World Championship in Argentina. He made his debut for Otago in 2011 and his strong performances saw him named in the Highlanders squad for the 2014 Super Rugby season.[2]
