The village has a primary School, a church,[2] and a pub,[3] along with a village shop, although this has now closed.

The River Stour runs through Tredington, and it was at this exact location where the UK's 2nd largest pike was caught by Geoff Crabtree, weighing in at a whopping 45 lb 7oz.
