Uli's Famous Sausage is a butcher shop and sausage vendor founded by German master butcher Uli Lengenberg in Seattle, Washington, and is located in the Pike Place Market. Born in Siegen, Germany, Uli earned his Masters Degree and moved to Taiwan for 15 years, where he helped to start Uli's Euro deli. Uli is truly a sausage master. After meeting his wife Jean, and having two sons, Nicolas and Cody in Taiwan, they moved to the Puget Sound area to be closer to family. Uli's Famous Sausage specializes in quality styles of sausages from around the world, including traditional German styles, Moroccan Merguez, South African Boerewors, and many others.

At the Pike Market location, customers can purchase a variety of sausages and sit down for prepared sandwiches or plates.
