The Union of Baptist Churches in Burundi (Union des Églises Baptistes au Burundi in french) is a Baptist Christian denomination in Burundi. It is affiliated with the Baptist World Alliance. The headquarters is in Bujumbura.
History
The Union started with a Baptist Union of Denmark mission in 1928. [1] In 1962, it was founded under the name of Union of Baptist Churches in Burundi. [2]In 2015, it has 250 churches and 52,000 members. [3]
