These are the results of the men's +105 kg competition (previously known as the super heavyweight class) in weightlifting at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. A total of 17 competitors took part in this event, limited to weightlifters whose body weight was greater than 105 kilograms.

Each weightlifter had three attempts for both the snatch and clean and jerk lifting methods. The total of the best successful lift of each method was used to determine the final rankings and medal winners. Competition took place on August 25 in the Nikaia Olympic Weightlifting Hall.
