Westerly (Australian literary magazine)

Westerly is a literary magazine that is produced at the University of Western Australia English Department since 1956.[1] It is currently publishes two issues a year.
It has endured various changes in editorship and changing fortunes in funding and academic fashion. It has been an important long standing literary magazine that has carried poetry, short stories and articles by many important Australian writers.
The Westerly archives are housed in Special Collections in the University of Western Australia Library. In July 2013 the magazine started a website.[1]
