Xu Miao (172–249),[1] courtesy name Jingshan, was an official of the state of Cao Wei during the Three Kingdoms period.

  1. 1.0 1.1 1.2 Xu Miao's biography in Records of the Three Kingdoms stated that Xu died at the age of 78 (by East Asian age reckoning) in the 1st year of the Jiaping era (249-254) in Cao Fang's reign. (嘉平元年,年七十八,以大夫薨于家,用公禮葬,謚曰穆侯。) By calculation, his birth year should be around 172.
