The Yemeni passport is issued to citizens of Yemen for international travel. Not every foreign consulate of Yemen issues passports.

Description

Yemeni passports are dark-blue, emblazoned with the Emblem of Yemen in the center of the front cover. At the bottom of the cover there is the word 'Passport' in English and Arabic. Yemeni passport contains a 42-page, and because Arabic is the language written from right to left, the passport begins from right to left.

Yemeni passports are issued by the Immigration and Naturalisation Service of the Ministry of the Interior, or from the consulates and embassies of Yemen outside Yemen.
