Zoran Lončar (Serbian Cyrillic: Зоран Лончар, born in 1965 in Novi Sad) is the former Serbian Minister of Education[1] and Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government. He holds a PhD in Law. In 2000 he joined the Democratic Party of Serbia. In a commission that drafted the Constitutional Charter of Serbia and Montenegro and in the drafting of a new Constitution of Serbia he was legal adviser. He is married and has two children.
