Ukrainian First League 1994–95 was the fourth season of the Ukrainian First League which was won by Zirka-NIBAS Kirovohrad. The season started on August 6, 1994 and finished on July 2, 1995. In the last round the Kiev club was only a point away and was visiting Oleksandriya, while the leading Zirka was hosting the former Premier League participant Bukovyna. The Kirovohrad club has managed to prevail with goals from Borysenko and Oliynyk becoming the season champions.

- Four teams were promoted from the Second League, they are in italic. The First League was extended to 22 participants.

- Dynamo-2 Kyiv can't be promoted.
- Podillia Khmelnytskyi changed back from the Nord-AM-Podillya at the start of the season.
- Sumy was called SBTS in the first half.
- CSKA-Borysfen Boryspil was called Borysfen in the first half and were playing at Kolos Stadium in Boryspil.
- Worth to note the amazing season of CSKA-Borysfen Boryspil and Zirka-NIBAS Kirovohrad that attained their next promotion right away moving to divisions up in two seasons(!).
