The 1994 Portuguese Grand Prix (formally the XXIII Grande Premio de Portugal) was a Formula One motor race held on September 25, 1994 at the Autódromo do Estoril, Estoril. It was the thirteenth race of the 1994 Formula One season. The race, contested over 71 laps, was won by Damon Hill driving for the Williams team. David Coulthard finished second in the other Williams, with Mika Häkkinen third in a McLaren car. Hill's win was his fifth of the season and his third consecutive win having won both the preceding Belgian and Italian Grand Prix.

As a consequence of the race, Hill reduced the gap to driver's championship leader Michael Schumacher to one point. In the Constructor's Championship, Williams took over the lead from Benetton.
