28th Secretariat of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union

The 28th Secretariat and the Secretaries of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union were elected by the 1st Plenary Session of the 28th Central Committee in the aftermath of the 28th Congress.
