Agne Holmström (Olof Agne Laurentius Holmström; December 29, 1893, Lund – October 22, 1949) was a Swedish athlete who mainly competed in the 100 metres.

He competed for Sweden in the 1920 Summer Olympics held in Antwerp, Belgium where he won the bronze medal in the 4 x 100 metre relay with his teammates William Pettersson, Sven Malm and Nils Sandström.
