Alderland Centre (Chinese: 千潮滙) is an Asian Canadian commercial plaza located in Markham, Ontario comprising two two-storey retail buildings and a five storey office tower. Surface and underground parking facilities are provided for a total of 350 parking spaces. The steel structure buildings are clad in glass, EIFS and metal panels, and contain 14,000 sf of restaurant space, 40,000 sf of retail (40 units) and 35,000 sf of office. The complex incorporates Green Building features such as green roof, native planting, rain water holding tanks and energy conserving systems.[1]
